By Stuart G-Khast
While many artistes still struggle through the Covid-19 pandemic with little resources to release music and stay afloat, a few still find their way to good music and eventually to airwaves. Vivian Tendo despite her still growing music career is one of the very few that has still found her way to shine.

To do credit to God within this creation we’ve been given we must first experience ourselves fully. So that when we sacrifice parts of ourselves to God we know exactly what it is we give up to be made holy.
Without sacrifice we may be filled with God’s grace, but we will not know what it is that we suffer for.
For in the consecration of the human there is only pain. Pain that ends in the sweet bliss of unknowing and uncreation.
It’s hard separating the šolā from the lēro from my personal beliefs. But I am starting to slowly figure out where everything begins and where it ends.
The šolā is far simpler as a base standard than I had been making it out to be. It only becomes complicated when ones individual path is added.
And though I thought I had been neglecting to work on the idea of lēron, after reading through some notes I now realize that I have been working on it this entire time. It was just disguised as šolā.
The first question I have to ask myself before going farther down this path is “why”? Why do I want to become a monk? Why not a priest? Or better yet, why not both? What is it about monkhood that has been calling me for the part several years?
If I’m the only person in this religion, is there a point to any of the options?
If I decide on any of the options, how will that change my practice? Or my life? What vows would I take? Would I follow the new monastic movement?
So many questions.
