Tuesday's 3 reasons to smile -
1. Talking on the phone to two of my boys already this morning, and the other one yesterday too. My boys - my life 💜
2. A fresh, albeit wet morning walk. I'm so glad I got into this daily habit. I very rarely miss it out, and only ever for very specific reasons.
3. My big, fluffy dressing gown! Home comforts. Little things? There is no such thing as a little thing.....
I'm not training heavy for upper body any more, as I said the other day. So I'm now focusing both my heavy lifting sessions on lower body.
Today was quads and calves. On to hamstrings and glutes on Thursday.
Excellent training session, finishing with five Squat to to Kick "sprint intervals".
Big salad for lunch not long after that. Corned beef. I sipped on sunflower seed protein powder during my workout.
Yay for hard work and nourishing fuel!
I went back out into the rain, again this afternoon.
It has rained endlessly for the last few days! But I'm still doing my thing, no matter what the weather throws at me.
Then I made myself a "chai latte". Never had that before. Perfect drink when it's time to relax!
