I was thinking about character flaws in Hitman.
47 struggles with independence, Diana uses people for her own gain, Lucas was obsessed with revenge, Smith never quits his job no matter how many times he gets captured and beaten. (Maybe he's hoping to get captured, just to see 47 again?)
There was also Lei Ling who was trafficked and saved by 47. However, when she returned in Silent Assassin, she went back to being a sex worker- and 47 was disappointed by this.
But it's basically a parallel. 47 was disappointed in himself because he did the same thing. Just like Lei Ling returned to being a sex worker, 47 returned to his life as an assassin. And it's not that different. They both sell themselves. Not because they want to, but they have to. Because it's familiar.
(Side note, I was disappointed that Lei Ling kissed him without his consent, because she should know better.. and his reaction tells me that he did not like it.)
Netease is playing the long game trying to use Marvel Rivals to softlaunch the Age of Atlas in which the Agents of Atlas get a new ongoing, Lin Lie gets an ongoing, Luna Snow gets an ongoing, Ami Han gets an ongoing, Amadeus Cho gets an ongoing, Lei Ling gets an ongoing, shit man they all get an ongoing.
By 2035 the Agents of Atlas will be a household name with several iconic runs and their own section of the marvel world fit with a fanbase that argues on Twitter with tags like #atlaspoilers
