Got any Dumbledore headcanons?

Every time he gets a new set of robes, he shows it to Minerva. She's always brutally honest with him, criticizing the cut, pointing out he already has two of the same color and that frankly this one looks like a bed sheet. He finds it hilarious but she did manage to hurt his feelings a little bit once or twice.

He has big sleeping problems. Insomnia King.

He sees himself with Gellert in the Mirror of Erised. Old and happy, having managed to choose another path.

One time he almost choked to death on a lemon drop, alone in his office. He spent weeks wondering about who would have found him and how people would have reacted. Also the headlines.

Lemon Drops the candy shop owner! He's a silly ol' grandpa who enjoys making whimsical candy treats for others, and he's a good salespony to boot!

Professor Ronen gives you a satisfied nod after you read a paragraph aloud to the class and approaches your desk.

"Good work! Here, have a lemon drop," he says as he places an unwrapped lemon drop right in front of you.

The tall brunet smiles and nods back at the Professor. He's always enjoyed his class and the activities he comes up with to teach it. Even in seventh year, with their NEWTs looming in the not so distant future, he found ways to make the class fun.

As he approaches, Hellendil straightens his posture and meets Professor Ronen's gaze. "Oh, thank you so much, Professor!" he answers, a bright smile on his face. He pops the lemon drop into his mouth, rolling it about with his tongue and enjoying the sweet and sour flavor. A quiet, 'Mmm,' escapes his lips and his shoulders relax. He hasn't had one in so long, but it reminds him of home. When he reaches the fizzing powder in the center of the treat, it takes him by surprise. He'd almost forgotten about that! He just manages to stifle a laugh and a wide smile curls his lips at the tingling sensation. What a fun candy!
