i disagree that ryland grace has social anxiety. the man does not give a single CRAP about what people think about him. sure, he gets freaked out when scary lady who kidnapped him and apparently rules the world now (??) throws him in front of world leaders to talk, but who doesn't? i think if he had been given time to prepare, he wouldn't have been worried at all. heck, even after a few moments of gathering himself he had calmed down enough to be coherent.

Finished up my little lemon drop! How do you guys like the monochromatic color theme? I'm planning to do more like this so stay tuned for this series!  <3 She also has some gemstone accents, but i couldn't get those in the scan so check out the other pic too! since grace has an unlimited supply of media from earth (literally all of it from the time the hail mary launched), he would listen to music a lot

and the first time he played music on erid, rocky was SO confused, because he thought humans didn’t know eridian?? and now grace is playing SOMETHING with both eridian AND human language and it sounds so chaotic and none of it makes any sense

and grace is confused for a moment, then he realizes, of COURSE, the instruments in the songs are playing chords, and some of those chords are words in eridian, and if he focuses on it, he can pick out the words

grace starts cracking up and rocky is still confused because grace hasn’t explained it yet but when he does rocky calls humans stupid

bloodymary but after rocky and adrian and grace find a cure for simon’s irradiation they let simon into grace’s little enclosure thing and they just HUG. IT. OUTTTT.

they hardly know each other but that doesn’t matter because neither of them have touched another human in years and saints it feels like heaven to be held
