Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh thyme leaves should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Put chicken breasts in a baking dish and season them with salt and pepper. Spread the chicken breasts out evenly as you pour the lemon and thyme mixture over them. Place the chicken in an oven that has already been heated. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more fresh thyme leaves.
