Ingredients: 400g firm tofu, cubed. 2 stalks lemongrass, minced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 red chili, sliced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Salt to taste. Fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and brown sugar. Set aside. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced lemongrass, garlic, and red chili. Saut for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add cubed tofu to the pan. Cook until tofu is golden brown on all sides. Pour the sauce mixture over the tofu. Stir well to coat the tofu evenly.
