hi hello you just reblogged my museum of thieves art with tags about goldie no one and pounce being your transgender awakening and LITERALLY SAME. i cosplayed pounce for halloween in the fourth grade it was so serious. that series gave us cool bold rebellious protagonists with cool animal masks and short haircuts and we were supposed to stay cisgender?? idk.... also dare i say the whole narrative about repression vs wildness applies even better if you imagine the keepers as queer.... anyways those tags made me laugh, thank you !!
i cannot express how fucking cool I think you are for cosplaying Pounce for Halloween oh my god. when i read the second book i thought he was kinda an ass but after I read the third book and he was a tough guy with a heart of gold??? now hes my favourite. and yeah literally?? the series is so good its like "hey kids deserve safety but they also deserve rights" and. augh the idea that The Museum is a queer space????
