Hi, I'm Ptrick
Leni has such a weird smile here😁🪓
(good night everyone:)
“The state will be able to completely wither away when society has realized the principle: 'From each according to his ability; to each according to his needs,' that is, when people have become so accustomed to observing the fundamental rules of social coexistence and work has become so productive that they will work voluntarily according to their abilities.”
State and revolution cap. V - Lenin
—
I clearly remember when I searched for this quote. I was attending a class about Chinese society and the professor introduced the concept of communism asking us what communism meant to us.
Nobody answered and I kept blushing because I wanted to answer. Since the first time I've read Marx and Engels I had felt a sense of empathy towards the masses and the proletariat that I still cannot explain. It's as if I want to protect every living being and I can't stand the idea of people living in a state of subordination, I've always wanted a world without masters.
The fact is, I told him that the idea of communism sparked a sort of class consciousness in me, he proceeded to quote Lenin: " Communism consists in a society where one works according to one's abilities, where no one is in a state of subordination or works because he is forced to do so"
That is how I found Lenin's "State and Revolution" And how I understood that anything that is different from this assertion cannot really be called communism.
If you want new things to draw, you should draw Leni x Luna. I see it as Luna being rebellious and toxic, but Leni mellows her out and gives her a softer side. Toxic WLW forever.
Okay, I know this took forever, but here's some Leni x Luna for you (Christmas edition).
