This is the Amur leopard ๐ . A critically endangered species with less than 100 individuals left in the wild. . Similar to other leopards, the Amur leopard can run at speeds of up to 37 miles per hour and has been reported to leap more than 19 feet horizontally and up to 10 feet vertically. . The Amur leopard is solitary, nimble and strong. It has been reported that some males stay with females after mating to help rear the young. . They live for 10-15 years in the wild but they are dying out due to poaching and the deforestation of their forest habitat. . I will be releasing 84 limited prints of this artwork to represent the 84 estimated adults which remain in the wild. 20% of my profits will be going to @wwf to help save these beautiful animals from poachers and maintain their natural habitat. .
