a funny story abt lestat's name, i once searched for a translation and apparently "court" also means "short". since my language is also a ~romance language i think it likely means short as in "not long" but i decided to take it as "little/short lion" which is definitely wrong but i think would frustrate him endlessly if someone teased him with it so, i present you, lestat the short lion

I do think Lestat might take issue with "court" as "not long" in... some capacities... it's canon that he's sensitive about his little feetsies, and you know what they say about shoe size...😅

Seldom did I see my feet in black socks. I knew almost nothing personally about my feet. They looked rather small for the twenty-first century. Bad luck. But six feet was still a good height.
