“You’re — you’re flirting with me?” Enjolras sputters. “Of all the inane things I expected at an amusement park — flirting?”
“Well, if you can forgive me for complimenting you, I’d be quite interested in hearing about the evil deeds of the amusement park industry,” the guy offers, fidgeting. “You can call me R —” he thrusts out a hand after wiping it on his jeans — “and what shall I call you?”
“Enjolras,” he says slowly, shaking R’s hand. “No full name?”
“Nah, I prefer puns.”
“And how would calling yourself by a letter be a pun?” “Now, that would be telling,” R smirks.

hello! i’ve been doing a project for the last month for the Les Mis Big Bang with my partner, @bookdragon6127, and it’s finally time to post; many kudos to our beta, @maroonwombat, for all their help! i especially enjoyed being able to write back-and-forth with bookdragon for our project - actually being Enjolras makes it much more immersive and easier to do characterization!
