Ways To Work With The Chakras
Meditation and visualization
- Meditation is a form of mental exercise that trains the mind to stay focused.
- It’s purpose is to help calm and clear mental chatter. It can help transform consciousness in ways that promote inner peace, mental clarity, emotional positivity, deep knowing and concentration. By maintaining a specific focus, like a breath, the mind can stop wandering. Meditation also includes cvisulizations where you create mental images toward your purpose.
- There are many ways to meditate; sitting or laying and focusing on your breath or a specific object, or you can focus on an activity such as walking, art, music or writing
Yoga
- Yoga is a series of physical postures and breathing exercises aimed to strengthen us physically, mentally and spiritually
- Yoga provides physical strength and stamina, designed to create awareness and connection with the body through movement
- Through physical exercises and breath, we connect the mind with the body. We move the body into different poses for a set period of time, at the same time we control our breathing in different ways, helping energy circulate throughout the body and cultivating mindfulness
Crystals
- Crystals are used to draw out or redirect energy as well as develop the strengths associated with the specific stone. They are used to rebalance and heal.
- Crystals help us engage with the natural Earth energy to nourish our strengths and gifts. They help us release what no longer serves us, tap into our gifts, restore balance, heal and elevate our consciousness
- Keep a crystal on your person, wear a crystal as a necklace, lie comfortably and place chakra crystals on your chakra points, hold crystals in your left hand ( receiving hand) during meditation so you can receive the healing vibrations of the crystal
Maintain Balance
-Regularly cultivate mindfulness and practice gratefulness to keep yourself in the present moment
- Maintain your energy through movement - yoga, walking
- Bless with sacred white sage to clear away any negativity or unwanted energy
- Take a bath with Epsom salts to clear away any energy you have have picked up that isn't yours or wanted, it also helps relieve aches and pains
1) Do not ask anything and submit. Not to ask and to submit is a struggle that is never going to end. Your good side wants to be nothing and the other side wants to be something. It is better to be nothing, then you are something in Allah’ s Eyes. To be something is to be nothing in Allah’s Eyes. So it is a struggle between good and evil. Try your best.
2) To know yourself is to count all bad characteristics that you have and try to eliminate them one by one. Try to count all the good manners that you have and try to increase them as much as you can. Try to avoid sin, one after one, and eliminate them from your life. Make a record of that daily. After one month, make an analysis of that record or all these records and write a summary of what was stronger than the other. Were sins more or the good side more? The next month do the same and check if you improved or not. Like a computer, you giv it the information and they give you an analysis of your personality. That is psychology which wroks on dunya issues but this is working on akhira issues.
Lesson 2 - Numbers (tal)
In this lesson I am going to give you a general understanding of the Danish numbers. Now, you and I both know that there is a lot of numbers out there. In fact, an infinite amount. Therefore, I don’t want you to worry about memorizing all the numbers in this lesson by heart. I just want you to familiarize yourself with the Danish number system so that you are prepared for any encounter with numbers. In my experience, numbers is something that comes eventually as you progress in your journey of learning a language. However, learning how to count from 0 to 10 (or perhaps even 20) by heart is a great start.
The first ten single numbers from 0 to 10
0 Nul 1 En/et 2 To 3 Tre 4 Fire 5 Fem 6 Seks 7 Syv 8 Otte 9 Ni 10 Ti
Note: When counting from 1 to 10, using either en or et is entirely up to you. You will hear both versions in everyday language.
The teens from 11 to 19
11 Elleve 12 Tolv 13 Tretten 14 Fjorten 15 Femten 16 Seksten 17 Sytten 18 Atten 19 Nitten
The tens from 20 to 90
20 Tyve 30 Tredive 40 Fyrre 50 Halvtreds 60 Tres 70 Halvfjerds 80 Firs 90 Halvfems
To combine the single numbers with the tens (e.g. 54) you must add an “og”, which means “and” in English, in between the single and the tens. The pattern is as follows:
21 = en + og + tyve = enogtyve
54 = fire + og + halvtreds = fireoghalvtreds
What is different from the English numbers is that the Danish numbers are said in “reverse”. For example:
In English In Danish 21 = 20 + 1 = twenty + one = twentyone 21 = 1 + 20 = en + tyve = enogtyve 54 = 50 + 4 = fifty + four = fifty four 54 = 4 + 50 = fire + halvtreds = fireoghalvtreds
Note: In the numbers 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, 81, 91 en is used and NOT et!
The hundreds from 100 to 900
100 Hundred(e) 200 To hundred(e) 300 Tre hundred(e) 400 Fire hundred(e) 500 Fem hundred(e) 600 Seks hundred(e) 700 Syv hundred(e) 800 Otte hundred(e) 900 Ni hundred(e)
Note: e can be omitted. In most cases you will see it written with e.
The thousands from 1000 to 10,000
1000 (Et) tusind(e) 2000 To tusind(e) 3000 Tre tusind(e) 4000 Fire tusind(e) 5000 Fem tusind(e) 6000 Seks tusind(e) 7000 Syv tusind(e) 8000 Otte tusind(e) 9000 Ni tusind(e) 10,000 Ti tusind(e)
Note: et and e can be omitted. In most cases you will see and hear “tusind” without e.
The pattern continues with the teens + thousand, tens + thousand and hundreds + thousands, such that: 11,000 = elleve tusind(e) 50,000 = halvtreds tusind(e) 800,000 = otte hundrede og tusind(e)
Any number below 100 is written in one word, whereas numbers above 100 is split up. Some examples for combining hundreds with singles, teens or tens: 101 = hundrede (og) en 324 = tre hundrede (og) fireogtyve 2085 = to tusind (og) femogfirs 6700 = seks tusind (og) syv hundrede 12,516 = tolv tusind (og) fem hundrede (og) seksten 427,901 = fire hundrede (og) syvogtyve tusind (og) ni hundrede (og) en Note: og can be omitted in numbers above 100.
When to use og (and) in numbers
In numbers above 100 you can omit og from between the numbers - either way is correct. In numbers below 100 you have to include og. Be aware that in numbers above 100 that includes numbers such as 21, 43, 89 and so forth you MUST include og. For example in the number: 465 = fire hundrede (og) femogtres you can choose omit the og between 4 and 65 but not the og between 65!
A final note
Don’t worry too much about how to write numbers with letters. Most often you will see numbers (at least above 10) written with numbers and not letters. A good rule of thumb is to, when appropriate, write any number from 1 to 10 with letters and any number above 10 with numbers.

Lesson 2
Welcome to lesson 2! Previously we learned subjects in French and how to conjugate “avoir” which can be found here. In today’s lesson I will be teaching the conjugation for another one of the most common verbs in French: “être” which means “to be.” This verb and its forms are known as the “being verbs” in English which you will see in a moment here. Here is the conjugation with the different subjects: Je | suis (I am) Tu | es (you are) Il, Elle, On | est (he, she, one is) Nous | sommes (we are) Vous | êtes (y'all are) Ils, Elles | sont (they are) Now you know how to conjugate “être!“ “avoir” and “être” are probably the two most common verbs in French and most likely the first verbs you will learn about. In our next lesson we will be learning about the different groups of verbs and their endings when conjugated! If you see any mistakes, please let me know~ I hope this helped :) ~chaii ♡♡♡
Finally finished my take on Lesson 2 Hue and Saturation...I have no idea if I did the idea behind the assignment right or not but it was fun challenging myself with a night-time based reference of my workspace :)
EDIT- I realized the settings were off so I hopefully fixed it
1. What does resolution mean? Resolution refers to how clear and detailed an image is. Print is measured in pixels per inch, while printers use dots per inch. In digital media, resolution is the image’s pixel dimensions.
2. How can the Crop tool improve an image? The Crop tool can improve an image by trimming unnecessary areas, straightening a tilted photo, resizing it, or adjusting its resolution.
3. How can you adjust the tone and color of an image in Photoshop? You can adjust tone and color using adjustment layers like Curves and Levels. These tools allow you to control brightness, contrast, and overall color balance in a more precise way.
4. How can you quickly create an accurate selection of an irregular object? You can use the Object Selection Tool, which automatically detects objects in the image, allowing you to click or drag around the object to create a clean, accurate selection.
5. What tools can remove blemishes in an image? You can use the Remove tool and Generative Fill.
6. How can Generative Fill help retouch an image? Generative Fill helps fill large areas by blending them with the background or generating new content using Photoshop AI.
