OMITB SEASON 5 FINALE SPOILERS AHEAD

I find bittersweet that the first episode of the season starts with Oliver referring to himself as Lester's friend, but he's mocked for it (he doesn't have a picture with him nor does know his wife's name, acted like a total groomzilla with him at one point, etc)

But on the last episode we know that, on his final moments, Lester recognises the trio as his friends "My friends are going to catch you!", but also fully trusts Oliver in particular, because he knows he'll know what to do with tillman's finger…

At the end of the day, Oliver was right to call himself his friend, Lester DID see Ollie as a friend too :')

Someone on Reddit suggested that Randell picked up the bloody crank because Lester hit someone with it and Randell was protecting him.

What if Lester killed Nicky and then someone else killed Lester? We've never had a victim also be a killer before.

lester entrusting the finger to the trio - lester having randall give the finger to oliver, making sure it gets to him, knowing that oliver will know what to do. knowing that with oliver's habits he'll find that finger in the shrimp. and that the trio will solve that. he called them his friends. from the earlier episodes of s5 of oliver feeling like no one believes him when he said they're friends to this here i'm feeling so many emotions right now.

Ok this episode was awesome wow where can I start? I saw someone commenting last week about Lester having killed Nicky and I was like hell yeah, murderer victim is a trope we hadn't seen yet and also really fit in with the time-line and Randall's shady behavior. Whoever said that. CONGRATS ON BEING RIGHT OMFG.

Other thing. I was suspicious of Nonna and the mafia boys since the first episodes aired. SO I was glad I was FUCKING RIGHT. No character are that stupid for zero reasons. I knew that family was shady af. Now I wanna know the reason: I'm guessing like revenge for Nicky being murdered by Lester. But that's too on the nose, so could be other thing. Or they can be innocent and just retrieved the finger for their idiot mafia podcast or because someone paid them to do so.

Anyway, the most important thing in the episode: THE DIMASES ARE BACK OMG. Theo eating dips, chilling and kinda not understanding anything most of the time absolutely made the episode for me. And Teddy being like 'oh I love ur wives is ur new one hot?' to Oliver and speaking Italian. They're the greatest I'm so glad they're backkk

AND I'M SO GLAD MABEL KINDA REJECTED PFLUG. THERE. I SAID IT. I love Selena and Logan and they're both like my childhood crushes but Jay and Mabel were NOT IT.

can't wait till the season finally launches. ON MY BIRTHDAY YIIPEE
