I like to add oil everywhere: in salads and pasta, frying and baking with it. I was so excited to try @Becel Avo Plus oil. It's a blend of canola, avocado and mid-oleic sunflower oils. The smoke point of 455 F is very important for me when I cook with it. The aroma and taste is neutral which is crucial for our family as my kids don't like anything tasting strange. And not forget that this oil is source of Omega3 and Omega6. And couple of more benefits is it's low on saturated fat and has no trans fat.
