Okay so I wanna lose some weight and I need motivation. Hence, this post. Just a reminder for me. To keep me motivated. I want this post on my feed to keep track of the time and remind me that I need to do what I need to do. So, currently I weigh 125 pounds something and I wanna shed 13 pounds. So yeah, I am in no hurry (4 months max) and I am not going to make it hard on myself. The things I am going to do are 1: Eat Healthy Food (Ghar a khana) 2: Drink Water (Buhat sara, and I am currently doing it and I love water and I love room temperature water) 3: Brisk Walk for 45 mins everyday. 4: Exercise 5 days a week (need suggestions) 5: Facial Exercises for that double chin (again need suggestions) 6: Drink Water witn ACV 7: Green Tea a day I don't know If this is enough. I need guidance.
