This review is so long overdue. Recently I visited Mariam for a natural makeup look and I am so so happy. She is a sweetheart. She listens to you and does exactly what you want - like a perfectionist. I had been following Mariam's insta for quite some time now but never thought of visiting her for makeup. I was in love with her hair transformations. But then I had to attend a family function, I didn't want to go to @signaturebyeram (had party makeups shehnza appa se twice, but tbh not worth it at all) so I discussed the look i wanted with Mariam. Got this kurta recently and before placing it in my "Don't wear it till ______" bag, Wanted to share my experience with @wear.ego . I love ego kurtas, am not really a fan of huge pholon wale prints and always looking for plains and minimal prints. No one does plains better than Ego. They had a rough patch in the past when the quality of their fabric was not impressive enough but it's not the case anymore. I love their cuts, embroidery and colour combinations, Prices are a bit steep but all is well when the sale is on. Currently eyeing two of their latest kurtas but waiting for the sale obviously. and Yes, I bought this Kurta online and was happily surprised to got it within a day. Impressive much? Freeman's Charcoal and Black Sugar Gel Scrub and this Facial Polish are the only two products that showed quick results. This is my third tube and I am in Love. This polish does what it claims Like⬇️⬇️ 1: removes dead skin as it is a polisher and works like a scrub. 2: helps brighten your complexion. 3: evens your skin tone. 💯 tried and tested. 4: minimizes the appearance of pores if used regularly. 5: makes your skin soft and supple. This post is dedicated to our national love for the Medora Lipsticks and Nail paints. If you are a Pakistani Girl and Love makeup, and you don't have a single Medora Lipstick in your stash, then I doubt your love. I have never tried nail polishes from any other brand and personally I believe that these bottles are the only good looking bottles in their field 🙄. All the other brands have these ajeeb type of moti, choti, gol si shapes, not even look nice on the dressing even. My favourite shades from Medora is Peach Silk and Twig. Also these lipsticks have such nice names, but you need to tell numbers to shopkeepers and this irritates me so much. I love not going to salons and always looking for ways to get things done at home. Youtube being my favourite friend taught me how to do facials and meni pedi at home and the latest is shaping my eyebrows at home (not latest, been doing it since 4 months now) I saw youtubers using razors on their faces, was always scared to use myself but when I saw these facial razors at miniso, I knew it's time. darte darte I used it on my brows and I was so happy. I use these razors on the sides of my brows (don't know what that part of our face is called) and on my upper lips and yes I haven't faced thick hair growth shukr hai. I use tweezers to pluck out hair on my eyelids. I don't really shape my brows, I like them as it is. I clean that brows k sath wala area because I don't like hair there. Haven't tried shaving my sideburns, too afraid to have a darhiiii. but yes for shaping your brows and upper lips = totally recommended. . . . Sharing some if the messages I received on this Teachers Day. Here in Pakistan, TEACHING is not really considered a profession. If you are not getting a job, Teacher ban jao simple. Especially for girls If you are done with your studies and waiting for rishtas Joining a school for killing time is so common. I didn't became a teacher for this reason but yes I never wanted to be a Teacher. I was working in an organisation and all of a sudden, left my job and joined a school. In the beginning I was teaching because that's what my job is but with every passing day, I have realized how important is a teacher for his/her students especially for younger minds. You are their role model, their friend, their mentor, and what not. I feel so overwhelmed when parents share how their child tell them tiniest of things happen in the class everyday. Being a teacher I believe in creating a warm, happy environment where students are more likely to be happy. It's hard when your are dealing with more than 80 students everyday. It was hard for me in the beginning but now that it's been 5 years I know how to manage students with different minds in a classroom. Finally some toufeeq to post a post here 😁 Before sharing my hair colour routine, I would like to make a disclaimer here : I am not a professional and If there's one thing I would like to change in my past is tu wo yeh hai k I wish I would have never dyed my hair 😪😪 My original Hair colour was medium to light brown but shoq main I started using henna in hair masks, got a red tint, liked it and then achanak se started using box dyes. Though I never done anything extra stupid. I always stick to medium and light browns. Now I am thinking of getting a proper salon wala dye but too afraid to get my hair bleeched (if this is a term) I have thin hair and I dont wanna take risk but Salon wale pehle tu refuse if you have henna or box dye in your hair aur agr kar b dein buhat ehsaaaaan dekha k tu bleech is a must. So I avoid visiting a salon plus I think a good box hair dye doesn't really damage your hair. (Salon wali aunty judging my choices right now) khair let's talk about the two methods I have used so far to dye my hair. Revlon Hair dye: I have used Garnier Hair Colour as well but Revlon is always a better option. I used medium ash brown recently because I wanted to cut down the red in my hair. Start main I didn't like the colour but with every wash I am liking it. I so wanna try the ash blonde to have light brown hair but afraid to have orange baal. Guide me if you know anything about it. Saeed Ghani Henna: This Hair Growth Mask has henna in it so if you wanna try this and have highlights or don't wanna ruin your actual colour, then please don't use it. I have used it twice with Saeed Ghani Henna (equal quantities) and loved my hair everytime. This mask with Henna made my hair shinier and healthier. I used this henna combo four months back and as much as I liked the results, I have no plans to use it again. Because I am done with red tint (though it look beautiful) plus I want to get henna out my hair.
