please call me monaca. i have loved gyaru for years but only recently would i consider myself gal. to me it is an incentive to take care of myself and my mental health. 🩶

i like kurogyaru (i do not consider myself kuro but i aspire to be haha) and of substyles i love ganguro, banba, rokku, ora ora (yankii ? lol) etc... my favourite inspiration are gehako, and akarin, i also quite like nanachopi, but i do not know much about her ♡(˃͈ ˂͈ ) my favourite magazine is soul sister. i listen mostly to softer grunge but i love all music. my favourite group right now is an idol group called vissare 🩶 unfortunately though they are quite new and only have two releases as the time im writing this lol

i have severe bipolar depression (type ii, diagnosed) adhd (diagnosed) and im under the impression i may be chronically ill but i personally do not self diagnose, my doctors just ignore me so i dont really know whats going on （´∇｀''）i understand i probably have some more undiagnosed mental health issues but i do not use a label for them. i generally experience extreme paranoia and some delusions. because of my experience i understand when people self diagnose and i support it fully. if you disagree, there is a chance we will not get along lol
