i have severe bipolar depression (type ii, diagnosed) adhd (diagnosed) and im under the impression i may be chronically ill but i personally do not self diagnose, my doctors just ignore me so i dont really know whats going on （´∇｀''）i understand i probably have some more undiagnosed mental health issues but i do not use a label for them. i generally experience extreme paranoia and some delusions. because of my experience i understand when people self diagnose and i support it fully. if you disagree, there is a chance we will not get along lol
