k so for anyone who is gender fluid, Like me and my friends we have a system. So my one friends system is a scrunchie, like if there wearing it they are bigender and if they are not wearing it then they are no agender. So my systsystem is that I have these dangling bracelets and if I’;m wearing both of them im a girl em Just one im bigender and none im a boy. So if u r friends ever get confused on your gender then try making a system like ours so it is less cnfusing. ^_^

Need Opinions/Help/Advice

I'm looking to provide advice/help to LGBTQ youth. All LGBTQ youth of course but specifically to those who are or have grown up in the Conservative South. I've been through it and I feel as though I can help others who are going through the same thing. I've seen many good things come from Tumblr and I'm hoping this can be another. I'd love to start a new Tumblr blog about LGBTQ life in the Conservative South (or just the South on general) but I'd like to know if there's a need. (I really think there is)

Let me say that I do not claim to have any professional training whatsoever- I'm simply a Gay guy who grew up deep in the Kentucky portion of the Bible belt and I think I can use my own experience to help those in similar situations.

hey! so I am a female questioning my sexuaity and I feel like I am bi , but then when I am watching any movies like I don't even look at the females??? I drool for the men. am I bi or I am just lying to myself.

Of course you’re not lying to yourself! I go through that sometimes, where I prefer men over women or women over men but I’m still bi as I’d still see myself in a relationship with the other sex. You don’t have to have it all figured out and you can change you’re mind it’s totally normal, as human beings we are constantly evolving and changing and that’s fine. So no I don’t think you’re lying to yourself I just think that you probably have a preference for males or masculine people ❤️ Hope this helped a bit ✨❤️Stay positive 👋🏻Charlotte 🌟

Hey just wondering how to come out to people and how you know if you're ready/safe

Ok I’ll just tell you my “coming out” stories and hopefully it will help u?!?!?With my friends it was honestly quite easy because I trusted them and three of them had already come out, I told my best friend first and then I slowly built up the courage to tell everyone else which took about ¾ weeks. Everyone was really supportive which was great because coming out is really scary as you don’t know how people will react.I knew I was ready about I had known for about 2 months.With my mother it was a different experience, I texted my friend who lives ages away and wasn’t seeing any time soon that I was bisexual and my mum looked at the text messages cause they were open on my phone and she wanted to check my phone. That was a v awkward chat and she had a ton of questions, she was kinda supportive she said she didn’t imagine that I was. I’ve not told my dad and I probably won’t ever unless I marry a woman. Coming out to people can be in different ways, I wrote one of my friends a note others I just abruptly said it and some I sat down and properly explained it. I think it depends on the person and the relationship you have with them. You’re the only person who knows if they’re ready or not, I suggest taking your time and slowly building up to it.
