!! I really do not understand this like all it does is shut down any and all conversation we can have on a industry that deserves to criticized just like any other industry!!

i don't get it either... they act like the way that industry is ran and the messages it promotes don't affect the women who are outside of the industry... lol ok

!!! I feel like this is something that happens a lot. Men don't speak up on an issue until a) women speak on the issue as it relates to them or like in this case women are making fun of men for x. But yes I feel like I don't really hear or see men seriously trying to change or challenge ideas/notions that harm them. Whereas women are always talking about issues that effect us

exactly. and i honestly think we don’t see it because it rarely happens. the rare times i’ve personally *guys try, only a few guys actually responded in a constructive manner, the rest either ignored it or dismissed it

and it’s pathetic because they get mad at us when we organize ourselves to talk about the things that harm us, but once we’re organized and once they realize that raising awareness does work, they get mad because we’re not inclusive enough and we don’t do the work for them lmao please

RIGHT LIKE it’s so obvious that I know what I’m talking about! but people want to ignore that so that they can dismiss my criticisms of things as a lack of awareness or understanding

“Arabised Amazigh” is too complex an idea for them to grasp. I’ve gotta either be a literal Gulf Arab living in Morocco as a result of settler colonialism that never happened, or I’ve gotta be an indigenous Amazigh person. that’s it
