Liam Coen could already be the second best coach in the AFC South.

Shane Steichen hasn't led the Indianapolis Colts to a lot of team accomplishments. The failure to develop Anthony Richardson is also a ding against him.

Brian Callahan got fired mid season, so he's definitely fourth on the list.

I can't put Coen above DeMeco Ryans yet because the Houston Texans have won two AFC South Championships under his watch. Also, the 2025 Texans have the best defense in the NFL and came back into playoff contention while CJ Stroud was hurt for almost a month.
