August - what is the worst thing you’ve ever experienced?
oh man. when i was about fourteen. i was walking over to my best friends house for a sleep over. she's was like 10-15 walk over. she lives pm smack dab in the middle of a bunch of college housing. so there i was maybe a block and half away from her house. this older dude in a red pick up pulls up beside me is like "you need a ride somewhere?" and i'm like "no thank you!" as nicely as i could and walked a little faster because it just felt really creepy. well he kept following me and was like "come on, it's just a ride" and keeps trying to get me into his truck. like he wouldn't stop?? i'm freaking out and want to be left alone. finally he drives off and i run the rest of the way to my best friends house and i cry for hour and i after that i stopped walking over to her house unless i was with someone. i felt terrible for months after that. it still makes uncomfortable whenever i'm by a red pick up truck or something. because i just remember that moment.
