You and I (We live in shades of gray) by alphahills (1/? | 1,705 | Rated T)
Life was going okay for Stiles after graduating from college, he came back to Beacon Hills, went through academy training, joined the Sheriff Station and became a Deputy for his dad, he saw everyone when they could come home and it was fine, even if he still saw black and white, even if all of his friends didn't. He was twenty-four, had a great job, had a nice apartment and drank coffee daily. It wasn't a bad life at all, a little boring yes, but not bad.
Until the local library was robbed. Because seriously, who robs a library?
He was in his shift and of course he was sent to deal with a couple of teenagers who can't keep their hands in their pockets.
And of course that's how Stiles meets his soulmate.

Stiles bumps his head and meets an angel.
Significance by the_gramophone (complete | 8,001 | Rated T)
Ever since he almost got his family killed as a teenager, Derek Hale has tried to just keep to himself, and limit the damage he could do. Meeting Stiles Stilinski is the first time he's wanted more than the quiet life he's made for himself, but he doesn't know how to ask for it.
It doesn't help that a certain handsome deputy seems to be demanding an awful lot of Stiles' time as well. Derek doesn't know if he should let Stiles go with the better man, or learn to stand up for what he wants.
Can I get Your (call) Number, Baby? by lielabell (complete | 4,946 | Rated T)
Thing is, for the most part, Stiles's loves his job. He loves the quiet hush of the library, the way it smells like must and old books. He likes walking through the stacks, collecting books to be shelved. Likes sitting at the reference desk, hell, he even likes the fact that they still have a card catalog, even though no one ever uses it. Everything about the job is amazing.
Except for the music majors.
