@undertale-npcs gave me a new appreciation for the designs of Undertale NPCs. I'm going to draw the ones I like now. Starting with library loox. Silly. My dad called them Mike Wazowski's evil cousin.
I think I messed up a bit on the coloring, because all the values are really close, but oh well.
