If I could go back and talk to my younger self I would tell her this: please start saving money for your future house! You won't be able to afford the house of your dreams with your normal salary, house prices are crazy!

So if you're on this hellsite and you're in your 20s and you've just started working,I don't care what your salary is, START SAVING NOW. Unless you have rich parents who would buy a house for you, the best thing you can do for your future is put money aside, because you won't be able to get a 300k mortgage unless you have some of it saved. Just. Start. Saving.

Im not sure what that person meant by aggressive bear but it is really rare for bears to attack people unless you get in between them and their cubs or are quiet and scare them. But if youre loud that usually keeps bears, they really do not like people. Brown bears you want to stand your ground and be loud and big and throw things at them but also if they attack you playing dead will more than likely work since they stop after their prey is dead. Black bears, same thing but do not play dead, they will not stop and they will climb trees after you but they hate confrontation. Polar bears do hunt people down to eat, luckily theyre hard to run into.

That's a fair point and some more good advice about bears and possible endangerment. Good to know to never cross paths with a polar bear. You know how common they are throughout the world 😉

The best defense against an aggressive bear is to get some sort of large object, like a large tree, or car, and just keep moving around it keeping it between you and the bear until they get bored and leave. Bears are WAY faster than people in straight aways but cannot maneuver around the object as quickly due to how big they are. Do not try and climb the tree, just keep it between you and them. this is known as "the squirrel defense

Ooh!! Interesting life saving hack! I knew playing dead was one way, but I would be too scared the bear would come up to me and eat me anyways, lol.

For cougars, you should never turn your back on them (they are also a lot faster than humans). Yell loudly, make loud sounds, throw big rocks at them. It's okay to continue walking away from them, but make sure to he walking backwards. Also, they may start charging a little bit, don't turn and run, that's what they want you to do. Just yell and/throw objects at them to scare them off.
