It’s been a crazy (awesome) month, and I’ve got to take a moment to look back. 💙 . A year ago, I had unknowingly begun planning #MuniTravels while on a spur-of-the-moment month-long trip in the Visayas to get away, but also to learn more about sustainability, conservation and social enterprise. I was fiercely trying to move on from extended heartache, while grappling with the meaning of life and the next moves I’d be making. . The trip I took back then wasn’t all rainbows and sunshine, and it had forced me to ask myself hard questions and really reassess what I valued. I thank the people who helped refill my cup this time last year. 🧡 . Earlier this month, I had the privilege of taking a second group of travelers on a condensed yet amped up version of this trip with me — to meet some of the people who refuel my drive to do what I do, and restore my hope in humanity and the future of the planet. ☺️ . Olha que dica boa!! #Repost @lifedetox with @repostapp. ・・・ Os sucos são muito benéficos, porém, não devem ser consumidos em excesso. Vale destacar que contêm frutose (açúcar da fruta) – que é metabolizada rapidamente pelo organismo, liberando glicose rapidamente na corrente sanguínea, além de muitas vezes contribuir para o armazenamento de gordura (principalmente na região abdominal). Porém, existe uma dica que ajuda no sentido de deixar o suco ainda mais saudável e a reduzir a velocidade com que a glicose entra na corrente sanguínea: é inserir 1 colher de sobremesa de fibra em seu suco. Por exemplo: 👉1 colher de sopa de farinha de linhaça; 👉1 colher de sopa de farinha de banana verde; 👉1 colher de sopa de semente; 👉1 farinha de chia. Para deixar um suco ainda mais nutritivo e saboroso, outros ingredientes, além de frutas e das farinhas citadas acima, podem ser adicionados, tais como: 👉Ervas (hortelã, cidreira, camomila etc.) 👉Cascas de frutas 👉Verduras e legumes (couve, pepino etc.) 👉Água de coco. Outra dica fundamental é evitar adoçar (seja com açúcar, seja com adoçantes) os sucos. Tente se acostumar ao sabor natural das frutas. Que tal fazer estas misturas sugeridas? 👉Abacaxi com maçã e gengibre Bata no liquidificador 4 rodelas de abacaxi, 1 maçã sem sementes e 2g de gengibre. 👉Uva com kiwi e hortelã Bata no liquidificador 1 copo de suco de uva integral, 1 kiwi picado e folhas de hortelã a gosto. 👉Maracujá com manga Bata 1 xícara de polpa de maracujá com 800 ml de água e 2 mangas cortadas em pedaços. Coe se necessário. 👉Maracujá com banana Bata 1 banana nanica, 1 maracujá e 1 ½ copos de água. Coe. Sirva com gelo. 👉Manga com laranja Bata ½ manga cortada em pedaços com 1 copo de suco de laranja. Coe. Sirva com gelo. 👉Melancia com morango Bata ½ melancia com 8 morangos. Coe. Sirva com gelo. 👉Goiaba e maça Bata 2 goiabas maduras com 1 maçã grande e 1 litro de água. Coe. Sirva com gelo. 👉Melão com limão e hortelã Bata 1 fatia grossa de melão, 1 copo de água, 1 colher (sopa) de hortelã e 1 colher (sopa) de limão.
