Attempting to go back to programming everything myself. Even though i hit a rough patch in my training before, i still have never gotten as much out of training as when i write stuff out myself. Not that others dont work but i just run through the motions. Writing things out and making a plan makes me feel more accomplished when things are coming together. ○●○●○ So... Day 1- Deadlifts (sumo). 3 sets of 4 @ 80% (465) followed up by 2 singles at 70% (410). Finshed everything off with GHR's, glute bridges, and pause squats.
