Hello, I saw that someone asked about the programs you use to edit, I wonder can I use Photoshop CS4 for gifs or not?

You can! I’ve never used CS4 myself, but I looked it up and it seems to have the same set up as in CS5. You’ll just want to go to the windows tab at the top and check the animation option, so the animation window with the video frames will show at the bottom. And, instead of opening video files, you import them as frames. I talk about this process in this (a bit outdated, accepted sizes are different on Tumblr now) mini tutorial I did a while back.
