Instructions: Warm up the broiler. Each piece of bread should have butter on one side. Put bread slices on a baking sheet with the butter side down. Put slices of tomato on top of the bread. Spread the shredded cheese out on top of the tomato slices. To taste, add salt and black pepper. About 3 to 5 minutes on high heat will melt the cheese and make it bubble. This will also turn the edges of the bread golden brown. When it's done, take it out of the oven and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top of the cheese. Serve right away.
