I was hoping you'd ask because i actually do have some☺️
One of the first thing's they bonded over was both having high levels of gender fuckery
Soren stumbled across Lex in the super sized greenhouse the Demeter Cabin owns while hiding from trouble she'd been misblamed for causing and that was when they really started talking and becoming friends
And it leads to Lex tutoring Soren on botany and other nature sciences while Soren teaches Lex better brutal fighting maneuvers and about horses/equestrianism
They both love foods with strong flavours and heavy ingredients to them so they cook them together to share afterwards and with everybody else sometimes too(they give off 'eats like a shonen protagonist' vibes imo)
I can also see them making friendship bracelets and wearing matching shoes they personalized
Jason/Soren and Percy/Lex means the four of go on double dates and casually hang out as a quartet of two couples pretty often.Not conventionally though,it's always some shenanigans and unhingedness with them
