this photoset may seem very random, but it comes with a purpose. “the guru/the crossroads of destiny” contains minute 1,000 of the avatar: the last airbender series, and today, I reached 1,000 followers! I can hardly believe it. I am feeling so lucky to get to have this space to celebrate this magnificent show with one-thousand wonderful people.

I have met so many friends because of this blog, including but not limited to:

- @space-sword aka nate, who just hit a magnificent goal of his own and is such a lovely person.

- @zuzuthejerkbender aka colin, who is one of the friendliest, most caring people on this entire site.

- @soopersara, who writes the most beautiful drabbles.

- @shebasborg, who creates the most beautiful art.

- @theteashopgirl, who is unbelievably sweet and a massive light in this fandom.

and, last but not least, 

- @s0ph-3 & @elsnacc, my darling friends who followed me from my stranger things blog to here, who are both so important to me!

if you are not mentioned, please know this: I adore you regardless! I am thankful for you! I am so happy you are here! I love that we get to share a mutual love of a magnificent show!

avatar has, since the first time I saw it, been so special to me. I feel so lucky to have this space to share that love with others. to know that there are now 1,000 other people who are still excited for and still in awe of and still passionate about this show as I am, fifteen years after its debut, is nothing short of magical. 

please, flood my ask box or private message me as much as you want over the next days/weeks/months! there are so many of you now and I’d love to get to know you all just a little better! it is a full-on ama so don’t be shy.
