i can understand the want for longer seasons and shorter off seasons but i think it’s highly ironic whenever asoiaf fans complain about this.
if you can handle a book, not even the last one!, taking over ten years to come out and going into psychosis wondering when the last few books are gonna finish then i think 2 years is absolutely easy for you all to swallow especially since the shows are gonna come out and they are actively being made while you don’t even know if the man is actually making them or the last time he touched his ancient writing program.
