And we are still trying to get our hands on a bloody Nintendo Switch Lite. Finding somewhere with it in stock at a reasonable price is a right pain. Apparently it's a really hot seller with the pandemic going on.
We have attempted twice to order one online, but have been screwed both times. Neither one was received, because neither one was actually sent.
PayPal screwed up the first time and lost me my eBay account because they pulled the money from my bank account, but never sent it to the seller. Several months ago. I got my bank to get the money back for me, but have not since contacted eBay about my account with them.
The second time, over a month and a half ago, I ordered one from a site I now suspect was shut down. PayPal pulled the money out of my account, and did send it to the seller, but I have received nothing. I have contacted my bank again yesterday and they have given me provisional funds equal to what was spent. But this time it could take up to two months to resolve the dispute filled.
We are beyond pissed about this and are really tired of playing these bullshit games. Because right now, we should be playing Pokemon Sword and Let's Go Eevee. We did borrow a friend's Switch, but we're not comfortable doing so now for complicated reasons.

EDIT: As an aside, this is the most likely way to ensure a preserved moment from DBS. We received confirmation months ago that TOEI does indeed shred almost all of the genga due to not wanting to pay for storage. While a few key animators may have been able to take key moments for themselves, this is why you’ll never see more than the roughest of roughs of secondary characters at public auction.
