And here it goes...
1: What is love?
A Haddaway song.
Seriously though, I'm dull when it comes to feelings, sorry.
Fire and Blood.
3: Ever lost a best friend? Two actually. And all because of my own stupidity. Well, the first time was back in high school when I've kinda told my bestie she should probably hang out with one group of girls in particular since I felt like I was you know boxing her in. I'm not a good team player and I'm difficult, I knew I was dragging her down. But that's still not an excuse. We're still good friends and keep in touch. The second time happened this year, when my best friend confessed he was into me.
4: If someone wronged you, do you think revenge is the best way to get back at them?
Hell yeah it is if you're playing a shooter game. And hell no for every other occasion. I mean what's the point of avenging something so objective, something that's true to me doesn't have to be true to someone else. Even if I know I'm right, arguing or getting revenge is trivial. Though sometimes I get a bit snappy when someone wrongs me too many times but I chill out quickly. No hard feelings. Everyone makes mistakes.
5: Do you collect anything?
Are. You. Kidding. My room's a sci-fi collectibles dumpster. I collect anything Star Wars related (shirts, figures, coins, Lego planets, puzzles, posters, anything), I've got a lot of Harry Potter merch, Fringe of course, I collect movie posters (like huge ones from our local cinema), I collect movie magazines, some comic and manga series. I collect PS3 games. I collect money. I collect a lot.
6: Mom or dad?
I know it shouldn't really be said out loud, prefering one parent over the other because I know both love me and care about me but I'll just have to go with mom. We're a lot closer and probably because my dad's away due to his work almost all the time. He's not good at expressing himself either. Or talking at all. Unless it involves his work or some relative only him and mom know. He always wanted a boy anyway.
7: So, is it a universal thing to have a favorite set of grandparents?
I guess so, the thing is you just get along with one pair better, some are just nicer and you get easier attached. I only have one set left though. And they are the best, like my grandma's 70 and she's still running around shopping all days long.
8: Is there anything you always thought was a certain way because TV-shows always show it that way that turned out to not to be that way?
I learned the opposite, that a lot of things shown in TV shows actually work like presented. Though there's for example the sunsetting romantic effec, it's so overused everywhere, like when a movie or an ep ends with someone driving into the sunset and it's all lovey dovey, well I tried it on a motor bike AND IT BURNED MY EYES. Don't trust that flop.
9: Black and white or colour? (In anything. Movies, tattoos, paintings, pictures, wallpaper.)
Colour. Green and purple for Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl on my wall. The colour range of any sci-fi movie or show or game, planets, places, outfits, devices. Red for Nariko's hair. And for the Mockingjay, soundly waiting for me to finish reading it again.
10: Ever been in love with someone who didn’t love you back. And at that notion, was someone ever in love with you who you didn’t love back?
(just skip this if you don't want any drama)
As stated somewhere above, the latter happened. My best friend, whom I now know for almost thirteen years has decided a few days after New Years Eve to confess to me that he loved me. He also told me that he tried to tell me during prom night but he couldn't bring himself to it. I knew something was wrong though, we had a casual gaming Sunday and he did behave quite weird. And just after he left, he called me that he needed to tell me something. So I went down to the park in front of our flat and when he started to stutter, it all clicked. So I helped him spill the thing. Apparently a lot of people had asked him what was going on with us. And he started to describe me, how he saw me. And I realized he had no idea what I really was like. He's an amazing guy, he's generous and nice and extremely funny and a great dancer and his blue eyes make you melt but my experience with others has affected me. He's never dated anyone. And he thought I haven't either. I am too difficult to even live with, let alone date. Trust me, I know. I love him so much but not in the romantic sense. Besides, if I'm about to get together with someone, I want it to be on my own initiation and not because someone else suggested so. After that, he stopped talking to me. I tried so hard not to lose him over it, I tried talking to him, to keep my distance, nothing helped, he even snapped once, almost slapped me with a book I used to tease him with. He became so cold toward me. And I started to wonder if he'd been nice to me just because he was in love with my idolised image. Well, we're on good terms again. And he started to think of other girls and I'm truly happy someone can love him to the fullest like I couldn't.
Sorry it that was too uch info.
I'm a horrible person by the way.
11: Favorite sweater?
Not sure if poncho belongs to the category, but I just love the woolen thing. I named mine Miguelito.
