IM ALREADY SOBBING FUUUUUCK

I've been consistent with mileage the past two months, so I started adding in more running the past two weeks. Last week I started tracking my intake and this week I'm working to add in 3 days of circuits, or yoga. I found a new set of YouTube HIIT circuits that are led my by favorite trainer so I'm giving them a try. So far, so good. Today's HIIT was fantastic!

I did one other fun thing for myself this weekend and asked one of my longest art inspirations @lisamariedream to autograph this Martian Girl drawing I did. I've been drawing her in some form or another since the 90s and it was so great to meet her. Lisa Marie is one of the reasons i draw pinups. She's super sweet you guys and has the cutest dog!
