Lithro spectrum:

Nobody really talks about how painful being lithrosexual/lithromantic can be. My attraction can get so strong, but it turning sour so swiftly and easily feels terrible and it isn’t even in my control. I can love a person so much and crave a deeper connection, but knowing that I will never be happy with it feels defeating. I want the best for me and the other person, but I don’t want to hurt them. I don’t like being lithro. I hope I can change one day. I’ve never met another lithro individual, but if you identify, I would like to hear your experience.

It could also very well also be a disorganized attachment style. I have not seen a therapist for this matter, but I want to do something about it.
