Hi I'm Sugar and this is a little morbid, I was 13/14 when this happened but I'd made tea, it was evening, my older brother was already severely sick (like deadly sick) and after he'd finished having the tea I made, his breath got shallower and he passed away in front of me in my mother's arm 😃

Hi, I’m Beth. When I was a toddler and was very oblivious to my trauma, my parents used to lock me and my sister in our backyard for hours on end because they didn’t want to parent us. They also mentally and emotionally abuse us and are raging alcoholics.

Hi I'm Ash, and when I was about two years old, when I was crying, my mother used to lock me out in the hallway because she didn't want to deal with me! I don't really remember how long she left me out there, probably until I stopped crying I guess. And boom, that was probably the start of why I'm genuinely scared of her right now!

hi im ari and when i was like idk 12 my parents got mad at me for who knows what and my mum slapped me with her thongs true asian style lolll and proceeded to dump everything in my room onto the floor and then made me throw out half of it and then when she left the house my dad got really angry and hit me a bunch and locked me in the backyard so i snuck over the fence and walked around for half a day and shoplifted shit from woolies cause i was so fucking hungry and then i had to come back home cause i started my period :D

Hello, I'm Talia! I don't really know where to start with this, particularly considering as two of my mutuals know me in real life and literally go to my school, so I am going to just mention the first that came to mind (which actually barely features any mental or emotional abuse).
A couple of years ago, for what I think was my brother's sixth birthday, my parents made a cake with chocolate and vanilla in it, (knowing full well that I do not eat chocolate, partly because I think it gives me a headache) upon my brother's request. Long story short, my parents said that I absolutely had to eat some of the cake because 'you can't go to a birthday cake and then not eat the cake', despite the fact that it wasn't even a proper party, due to Covid, and that I genuinely don't think that rule even makes any sense in the first place. My parents then said that, if I didn't eat the cake for that meal, I could expect it for dinner and then for breakfast, so they pretty much said that they wouldn't feed me anything else, for any meal, until I ate a piece of stupid cake. I was furious, scared and absolutely indignant to the point of literally feeling as though I was choking and couldn't properly breathe. Now, I'm actually kind of scared of chocolate. Sorry, that was really long.

Hi I'm Zeph, I've had a very close internet friend since my sophomore year of high school (I just graduated college), we dated for a while and had plans to meet and eventually get married and all that, I'd never been so in love with someone like I'd been with them. After some suspicious events and digging, I discovered that they'd been catfishing me all this time and that was why they never wanted to call or send pictures of who they actually were (they'd been showing me pictures of some other person). I'd been living a lie for 7-8 years that I won't get back. I'm convinced now that there's no one out there for me.

Alright. Well, uhh, a while back when I was like...5-6 or something along the lines of that, I slammed the front of my foot onto a dresser and got a piece of wood stuck in between my big toe and its toenail. My mom and her friend at thr time tried to pull it out using tweezers, but my mom drove me to the ER. They had to numb it out and wrap it in a purple bandage or something. It took a while to heal.

Honestly, I can't say if it's a trauma, because I'm too old to have that kind of thing, but I can say that I fucked up and broke my finger on a metal door at school.
One day I was really pissed off at everyone, at the end of class I wanted to leave everything messy, the desks and chairs in the room (but honestly I wanted to make the mess worse honestly, But anyway), then when I went to leave, and when I was going to close the door with a lot of force out of anger, my finger was there, and then it crumpled and left it all broken, fucked up, bloodied, destroyed, fucked up, Shredded, ripped out and all the Gore you can imagine, then I started crying in pain (because I was a stupid 7 year old kid (or whatever age there) at that time), And then I went home with the bandage on my finger, and they were still laughing saying the phrases that said "I'M GOING TO DIEEEE!!!! IT HUUURT I'M GOOIOING TO DIE, I DON'T WAAANNNT TO DIE AHAHAHAHAHAH", And that was basically it

One time when I was like 3, I was playing around in my garage, trying to climb on things, as it was my favorite thing to do as a toddler. But then i took it too far when I accidentally fell off and landed my head on my Dad’s spiked bike. My head was bleeding everywhere, I was screaming and crying in pain like a toddler (bc I was a toddler at the time afterall), my parents noticed the situation, and immediately took me to the Doctor’s. My Dad was the doctor, and he was trying to stitch my head up (in a kinda painful way, but it was for the best) while I was playing Angry birds, and I surprisingly didn’t cry at all during that session, as most toddlers wouldn’t handle shit like that, I handled it like a fuckin’ Chad. So that’s how I got my permanent scar.

hiii I’m canary/blazing/deimos and idrk what to say so I’ll just say that at a family gathering (maternal side) a couple of years ago, we hung out at my great aunt’s pool. Being the “brave” kid I was, I wandered to the deeper end and almost fuckin drowned cause I couldn’t really swim. To add insult to injury, nobody really noticed. Ever since, I’ve always been a bit apprehensive when it comes to bodies of water, especially when my brother started pulling me under in our pool as a joke. He stopped tho

There was this one time very recently actually (about 2 or three years ago) where we went to the pool. It was a public pool and it was me, @redbird46, and my cousin with another group too. I’m 5 foot 2 right, so, I’m pretty short and I’m not tall enough to properly be in the center of the pool without drowning (I don’t know how to properly swim yet). I was at the shallow end swimming back and forth from one side to the other and I accidentally swam at an angle that was too close to the center of the pool. So, as I did short kicks like I usually do as practice, I realized my head couldn’t properly go above water when I stopped. So I just start PANICKING! I can’t hold my breath for very long so I start to book it and flail around trying my best to reach the other side of the pool to hold me up. I could feel myself getting tired and I genuinely thought I was about to fucking die. Thankfully I caught the ledge and pulled myself back up but oh my god I am never swimming close to the center ever again.

and when we were really young about the age of 4 or 5, as most kids were we loved toys. In our room we had a day bed as well with a vintage TV and obnoxiously blue walls and blue carpet. Another feature in our room was a giant rocking chair with a 6 foot tall raggedy ann doll. The memory of this doll before hand of how it was obtained is forgotten. One night we went to sleep and had a dream that the the raggedy Ann doll got up from the chair and stole us from our bed as we thrashed in it's arms. It carried us downstairs and out to our creek in which it threw us in. As we woke up from the dream, the raggedy ann doll was facing down on the floor beside our bed. When we gave the doll away, 3 days later it was returned to us with worried faces on the mother and daughters faced. The doll was burned after that.
