"happy birthday!" she hands the smaller girl a small bouquet of crystal flowers.

          her eyes widen in surprise as she receives an unexpected─ but GREATLY appreciated─ gift. and from her new friend, no less! with an equally wide smile, pidge gently takes the bouquet. awe settles upon her expression as she takes a few moments to take in their beauty. across the many planets- UNIVERSES- she’s traveled, she’s never seen anything quite like these. the aura she feels is much like when she connected with the nature with the olkarian. it’s comforting ; almost nostalgic. 

she holds the flowers close before looking up at chise with a wide smile.

( the flowers remain on her nightstand─ a special spot cleared off just for them. pidge diligently cares for the plants, as much as she would any piece of technology she cherishes. )
