More medical drama. The liver specialist wants to do a biopsy for sure. They still can’t identify what the lesion on my liver is and the only way to be sure is a biopsy. I’m not happy about this. I have a sinking feeling it’s going to be cancerous.

I love being constipated because it just means that I can give in to my unhealthy desire for 🌌distilled vinegar🌌. That way I can finally make the poopies.
I GOT A NEW DIAGNOSIS
- (nonalcoholic) Fatty Liver Disease
- my doctor is very passionate on not letting me just brush my health aside like I keep doing, and she ended up actually finding something?? Wow
- im gonna ask for a tilt table test if its possible since my heart has been w h a c k
- therfore let this be a reminder: keep going. If you have symptoms, figure it out. Youre not a hypochondriac just because you have a lot of symptoms.
- youre doing great.

I don’t like the shape of my body - my stomach is so round and disproportionate where it used to be normal. I know the liver causes this to happen but I can’t find clothes that look even just ok, I hate looking in the mirror and for some reason I’m angry that it isn’t far it’s my liver problem because at least maybe I could lose fat - even after transplant this almost certainly won’t be any better (it might even be worse!) - I keep crying in fitting rooms when I have to see mirrors
I had my CT scan this morning. It took four tries to get a cannula in (my veins were not having any of it), and the dye they pumped into me was a little painful at first (because they had to use a tiny vein near my wrist/thumb), but it was over pretty quickly. I’m expecting result within the next few weeks.
For anyone going for their first CT scan, just be aware (because you nurse might not be as kind as mine was to warn you) once they start pumping the dye in, it can feel like you are wetting yourself. You’re not, it;s just the dye. It’s feels very weird. Also, my tongue went slightly numb for a bit. Has anyone ever experienced anything weird like that during a CT scan? Or any other type of scan?
Turns out it wasn’t period pains, there’s something wrong with my liver. I’m anemic (thanks to heavy periods lol) and I have abnormal liver function.

Does anyone else here wonder if you’re the first person to ever have your set of illnesses together and that’s why the doctors are so confused? My liver problem alone most nurses at the most specialist ward in Europe (and very high profile in the whole world) have never heard of it and certainly never seen it and now we add the joint problems and vasculitis and autoimmune stuff, pituitary rumour and period issues to that? I definitely feel sorry for anyone else who has had this combo before

I have a very fatty liver from two decades of harsh medication to try control my immune system, to stop it from killing me, I went for a full abdominal scan and found out that my ovaries are twice the size they should be and are covered in cysts.PCOS. After doing research i discovered that PCOS causes fatty liver to get worse. When i inquired to my doctors about getting my ovaries removed they said its "not severe enough". i want them out to save as much liver function as possible.
