26. What makes them angry?
I was just talking about anger with Keycchan today, what a coincidence. :D Jay’s bad at anger, he has a pretty long fuse and he is pretty passive in reacting to anger and would rather direct that pent-up energy to something productive when he can. He doesn’t like being angry. Most often he’ll swallow and swallow on it and probably cry out of frustration, and take it out on some weeds if he can, but sometimes he can’t and he’ll snap and it’s not pretty. BUT what makes him angry? Most sure-fire way to make him angry is to threaten or hurt his family, and His People? Sometimes also when the risking/hurting person is his family or His People? xD He doesn’t care if you threaten HIM most of the time, but oh boy you better not mess with His People.
There’s other stuff too, obviously. Being mean for the sake of being mean, consistently inconsiderate people, discrimination, feeling helpless (more like strong frustration but also just. anger), littering when the garbage can in right there.
28. How do they cheer themselves up, or how would other characters cheer them up?
Keeping himself busy is definitely one kind of a cheer-up, but I think it’s maybe more just airing his head and tiring himself out ahha. :D But to properly cheer up? He usually seeks company if he wants to cheer himself up, especially the kids when they’re around, or Deacon; they always make him happy. Or he might play with the dogs or spend time with the other animals and talk with them. Or he might put on some music and dance, or heat up the sauna if he’s in Sanctuary, or wash his hair if he’s not and he can, being clean always makes him feel better? Take out Shaun’s old teddy bear if he’s going to bed. If other people want to cheer him up, cuddles and chit-chat are definitely up there, or anything they could do together, especially if it’s active and social. Board games, cooking together, and so on. :D It doesn’t have to be anything big, he just needs some company. ^u^
