His bosses are just smart enough to be annoyed that he's trying to take command but not smart enough to fire him.
Swindle gets woken up and thankfully lets all our precious bbs out of their cuffs (the Decepticons I mean) to go kick this douchebag's butt.
DAMMIT SWINDLE YOU HAD ONE JOB. He stops Lugnut from axing Sentinel. Swindle we were so close!
Sadly this means OP has to come and save Sentinel AGAIN. OP please just let him die it's natural selection at this point.
OP's hand comes out of Swindle's chest like a chest buster alien. OP in this show is just repeatedly proving to be a terrifying menace.
OP does get to be really badass because of this though, making smart choices and outwitting the cons.
Is this supposed to be Die Hard? Does that make Sentinel Holly in this scenario? OP. You can DO. BETTER.
Blitzwing gets Sentinel and holds him hostage and honestly I'm kinda rooting for the cons here.
I love how Jazz and the twins clearly trust OP now more than Sentinel. Some character development towards OP becoming the leader they all need.
Sidenote: What happened to that character development in the sequel comics, Jetfire and Jetstorm!? The ingratitude!
Anyway OP pulls a brilliant Batman Gambit on the cons. DAMMIT. OP and Megs in this show are both SO SMART. They deserved so many more intricate chess games and intellectual matches.
OP is STILL treating Sentinel like a good guy after all this bullshit. And the captured Cons get paraded in chains through the city giving all the credit to his totally touchiness.
But thankfully our real heroes have reunited and are coming to save the day! Lugnut slams into Megsy and Screamer's ship! Hooray!
And Swindle gets a happy ending, stealing shit and getting away clean. Sigh, at least someone comes out well here.
