Okay for once this isn’t a rant, this is more of a appreciation post. I’m going to also be doing a lot of these too because I feel like a lot of the characters (those who aren’t the main ones) deserve to be shown love and support. But the character I’ll be appreciating is this beautiful, amazing, kind, genuine, entertaining, relatable characters ever. Half Joking.

Introducing Megaera everyone! I absolutely adore her and her character, whenever she came on the screen I got 10 more years added to my life. I loved that she was awkward, kind, understanding, and sensitive. I relate to her more than any other character in LO and it’s a shame we don’t get to see her more. She’s been my girl since day 1 and she’s everything LO Persephone wishes she could be. Half joking, but honestly I feel like no one ever talks about her and there’s barely any edits being made about this gorgeous gorgeous goddess. Her design is one of my favorites and I love that the snakes are literally just like her but also their own characters at the same time.

If there was a comic spinoff centered around her I would literally spend every breath of my life reading and soaking up every bit of information we get from her. Genuinely wish she were the main character, but I really don’t at the same time. She deserves so much better than that, and Hades. Poor girl, I hate that she has a crush on Hades but she probably just doesn’t know :( plus I don’t want her character to be ruined. She’s just so amazing and I wish we got to see more of her fashion sense.

Also her story could’ve been so much fun to witness, I love sensitive characters being put on screen. Not like crying 24/7 but peaking in like emotional intelligence and everything. It could be so interesting to see how her personalities contrasts with her sisters and it would be refreshing because, and sorry for saying this again, but I’m so much like her it’s not even funny.

But anyways, that’s it for this appreciation and I’m pretty sure I’m gonna do one of Thanatos… The REAL Thanatos too, not the beefcake we see now cause I loved his old design. But as I always say these are just my opinions and I’d love to hear about anyone else’s faves, I’ll do one of those ones too!

We know Persephone is hiding in the underworld. We know she told no one about it, and has not reached out to Hecate or Hades, the only people down there she can call friends. That means she probably intends to hide out by herself. Unless theres someone else. Theres only other person from the underworld I can think of that Persephone is on friendly terms with: Megaera.

Even though we haven't seen the Furies in a while, Persephone still gets along with her and are kind to each other. What if Persephone asked if she could crash at he place for awhile, being vauge as to the reason why, and offered to pay rent in exchange for letting her stay. Besides being employed by Hades, Meg has no connection to anyone else Persephone knows, and thus no one to tell where she is, especially if Persephone asks her not to tell anyone. Plus, the Furies rough people up for Hades and Punish people regularly. If Apollo figures it out and comes knocking, Megaera and her sisters are more than capable of keeping him away.
