✨ Assumption: something that is accepted as true, or as certain to happen, without any proof. (The literal definition)
✨ Persistence: Continuing in an opinion or a course of action in spite of difficulty or resistance.
✨ Saturation sessions: a chunk of time dedicated to saturating your mind with your desires. Whether through affirmations, visualising, scripting, rampaging or listening to subliminals, saturation is meant to keep your mind aligned with the state of already having your desires now.
✨ Robotic affirmations: Periods of time where you sit down and repeat one to 3 affirmations on a loop. Unlike saturation sessions, there isn't much variety (unless you want to spice it up) and you only have to focus on your affirmations.
✨ SATS: state akin to sleep, a term coined by Neville Goddard, it describes the state of pure consciousness that you fall into right as you're going to sleep. In this state you can visualise your desired scenario as you're dosing off.
✨ 3d: the physical reality perceived by your 5 senses.
✨ 4d: the state of pure awareness, the "true" reality perceived in your imagination.
✨ States: the state of the wish fulfilled. Where you think, feel, act and live as your desired reality self. Think of it as immersion therapy.
✨ Subliminals: Subliminal messages through affirmations hidden behind rain sounds or binaural beats or even music. It helps by bypassing your conscious mind and going straight to the subconscious.
✨ Affirmation tapes: A list of Affirmations recorded in your own voice, not camouflaged by any other sounds like subliminals.
