Wow that was a killer hiit session tonight @moveperform with exceptional trainer and beast ‘Military Mike’ @mikedonnanperformance This is a Ketostix from about three minutes ago after a Keto meal. Workout was at 3pm. For those just starting out at Keto these sticks can be bought from amazon or the pharmacy and are a nice quick way to see if you pee any ketones. It does wear off after a while when you adjust, so don’t be disheartened however I’ve been deep into ketosis consistently now for about 4 weeks so I was surprised to see this! Workout hell as follows: Deadlifts Clean and press Tractor tyre flips Squats Clearly some weight on the bar there but I didn’t have chance to track what it was. 20minutes non stop with a minute on each, AMRAP. Must admit I couldn’t do the full 60seconds on some of them- really struggled with recovering quickly after each minute, but I blasted out as many reps as I could!
