Usopp is a Storyteller

C’mon. If Elbaf didn’t/doesn’t mean anything to and for Usopp, then why put so much into Usopp’s character design that points to Elbaf? What did Little Garden, Enies Lobby, and Dressrosa mean? I hope certain characteristics of Usopp are front and center like they were once upon a time. Due to recency bias, I’m not sure people remember who Usopp is and has always been about. And that makes me sad.

Hopefully, Elbaf re-introduces Usopp, so people can see what Usopp fans see in him and what made (makes) him so special to the Romance Dawn trio to the point they all wanted him to get on board.
