The Thian Ching Lok Lok serves a dish consisting various deep-fried foods such as meats and vegetables that are served on a skewer. Lok Lok is a street food in Penang, Kuching, and other places in Malaysia. Lok Lok can be considered a special culture in Malaysia.
The Thian Ching Lok Lok Truck provided up to 70 different selection of food for the customers to choose. From pork meat balls, fish balls, vegetables and mushroom, to quail eggs, oyster, cuttlefish and other seafood.
The Lok Lok truck opened just beside the Thian Ching Food Paradise Restaurant in Taman Gaya, Johor. So, the Lok Lok truck naturally draws a crowd of food seekers around the area and often has a long line of a queue for customers to choose and cook the Lok Lok.
The Lok Lok skewer is tagged with the different color that represents different pricing for the food. That is, green color means RM 1.50 per skewer, blue color means RM 2.00 per skewer, red color means RM 3.00 per skewer, and lastly the black color is RM 4.00 per skewer.
The Thian Ching Lok Lok provides 3 special sauces for deep fried, grilled and cooked Lok Lok. The first sauce is the sweet brown sauce that is most suitable for light and fresh tasted food like broccoli, cucumbers and okra. The second sauce is crushed peanut satay sauce and the last sauce is the super spicy hot sauce to add an extra kick to the Lok Lok!
