Immediate re-reference to "I have been doing this for eons." - *I* - *SHE* has been. doing THIS. for EONS. - Killing other versions of herself.

Parallel juxtapose: Ravonna busting in on Timely || Sylvie busting in on Loki. Remember male/female variants exist!

Surrounded by mannequins, & all the talk about the other versions of him, we're wondering about those other versions...

Right before that: "When I saw his face..." - Are you sure his variants all have the same face?

Back to the episode recap in the beginning:

"What was my Nexus event?"

"I don't remember."

Why recap that unless we are to keep in mind that there is a whole past of her own that Ravonna does not remember?

She erased her own memory.

The system OB's working on needs the temporal aura of the person who built the TVA. (Or a variant will do?) How else has this ever worked when needed before?

"As soon as I left, everything crumbled."

Hers was the temporal aura needed.

I even seem to recall in S1, Mobius complaining she never goes out on missions anymore, she just stays in the TVA.

Hindsight purposeful symbolic redirect: She's the first to approach Timely after the demo. All the men push her out of the way. She falls out of frame & we forget about her for a lil while til they all catch up outside. Writers know we haven't been looking for a woman; we're expecting a man.

Hindsight purposeful unreliable-narrator redirect: (Ep 1) "THAT is who built this place! THAT is who is coming!" (He didn't lie; he just didn't know.)

"A secret about YOU. ... But it's gonna make you reeeally angry."

Lil mix of Doylist/Watsonian reasons I think, but man, that first line in that Ripley pose hit me like a bolt of lightning.
