Just some stuff to see if I still had it in me for large scale traditional art projects. A but off topic, but does anyone else notice that motivation for traditional artwork seems to come from a different place than digital? Maybe its just me, or it might be the involvement of a screen, but digital art seems to appeal more to fun and enjoyment or "play". Traditional, on the other hand, feels more like " work". (Maybe because you're depending more on your own understanding of the tools and media to create something that exists.) Looking at it that way kinda helped me to get my motivation and patience back for traditional art while working on this one, because to be honest, working digitally the last year has kinda made me a bit lazy when it comes to real ink and real pencils. But I'm gonna get it back! >:0
