Imagine Loki being your best friend and he knows you are crushing hard on his brother, Thor.
“No, I don’t think he likes me like that, Lokes,” you tell him as you both wander in a park.
“Have you ever studied his demeanour whenever you show up? He lights up like the sun. Like his already blond hair lights up and his eyes look like floodlights.” Loki laughed. “I’ve never seen him like that before.”
You scoffed. “He’s just friendly, that’s all. Like an overly enthusiastic golden retriever puppy.” Loki let out another belly laugh and you threw him a side glance. “I’m alone on this one, dude.” You elbowed him.
He raised an eyebrow. “You’re giving up that easily?”
“Yes,” you declared. “Anyway there’s plenty more boys in the big thunder.”
“And you happen to like the god of thunder. The big oaf of a god of thunder.”
You continued to grumble beside an amused Loki.
